PROMPT 4

As I stated earlier, I've never been the minority in a classroom, so it's a very different experience. I grew up in a town that was predominately middle class, so I wasn't really exposed to much poverty either while growing up. This makes me sad when I see some of these kids wearing dirty clothes, and when it's obvious that they haven't been bathed recently either. I understand their kids and kids are messy, but no kid should be that dirty at 9AM. To me this comes across as their parents not taking care of them properly, and honestly it breaks my heart.
